NOVEL CORONAVIRUS (2019 n-Cov)

COVID 19 VACCINATION - DO NOT RING THE SURGERY REGARDING THIS VACCINATION.  We will be in contact to organise your appointment (Please ensure we have an up to date telephone number/address).  

Tested Negative for Covid 19 but still have a persistent cough for more than 3 weeks ?  - Please contact us and make an appointment to have a telephone consultation with a GP.

Do  have any of the following symptoms : 

 Cough, loss of taste smell, sore throat, difficulty breathing, fever.  DO NOT ATTEND THE SURGERY.   Please follow the advice on the Public Health Agency website  www.publichealth.hscni.net  If you have no access to this website please contact the NHS Helpline 111

If you require and isolation note for your employer you do not need a GP Certificate - you can get this on www.111.nhs.uk/isolation-note   

To reduce the potential spread of infection, all routine appointments have been postponed. 

If you need a REPEAT prescription you can either contact the surgery as normal by phone after 10am each day or email your prescription request to Reception.Z00166@gp.hscni.net stating the medications you require and nominate a local pharmacy for these to be forwarded to. Please only order medications which are due.

Repeat prescriptions can be ordered in the following ways:

By telephone -  Requests for repeat prescriptions can be made by telephone after 10am each morning.

By email -  Reception.Z00166@gp.hscni.net stating which chemist you would like your prescription forwarded to and leaving a contact telephone number in case the doctor or pharmacist would like to speak to you.

Please only order prescriptions that are due and that you normally receive.  

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow 48 hours for prescriptions to be processed.
