NOVEL CORONAVIRUS (2019 n-Cov)

COVID 19 VACCINATION - DO NOT RING THE SURGERY REGARDING THIS VACCINATION.  We will be in contact to organise your appointment (Please ensure we have an up to date telephone number/address).  

Tested Negative for Covid 19 but still have a persistent cough for more than 3 weeks ?  - Please contact us and make an appointment to have a telephone consultation with a GP.

Do  have any of the following symptoms : 

 Cough, loss of taste smell, sore throat, difficulty breathing, fever.  DO NOT ATTEND THE SURGERY.   Please follow the advice on the Public Health Agency website  www.publichealth.hscni.net  If you have no access to this website please contact the NHS Helpline 111

If you require and isolation note for your employer you do not need a GP Certificate - you can get this on www.111.nhs.uk/isolation-note   

To reduce the potential spread of infection, all routine appointments have been postponed. 

If you need a REPEAT prescription you can either contact the surgery as normal by phone after 10am each day or email your prescription request to Reception.Z00166@gp.hscni.net stating the medications you require and nominate a local pharmacy for these to be forwarded to. Please only order medications which are due.

The practice area covers a radius of 10 miles. Please follow the steps below to register as a new patient:

  • Registration forms may be collected from the Practice between 9am - 5pm daily
  • UK patients complete HSC/R1 (forms available at reception)
  • Non UK patients complete HSC/R1 (forms available at reception) 
  • Please bring one form of photographic identification and proof of address (ie bank statement/utility bill)
