 Cough, runny nose, sore throat, difficulty breathing, fever.  DO NOT ATTEND THE SURGERY.   Please follow the advice on the Public Health Agency website  www.publichealth.hscni.net  If you have no access to this website please contact the NHS Helpline 111

If you require and isolation note for your employer you do not need a GP Certificate - you can get this on www.111.nhs.uk/isolation-note   

To reduce the potential spread of infection, all routine appointments have been postponed. 

If you need a prescription you can either contact the surgery as normal by phone after 10am each day or email your prescription request to Reception.Z00166@gp.hscni.net stating the medications you require and nominate a local pharmacy for these to be forwarded to. Please only order medications which are due.  

If you already have a booked appointment you will be contacted by the surgery.
