Do you have a cough persistent for more than 3 weeks ?  - Please contact us and make an appointment to have a telephone consultation with a GP.

If you need a REPEAT prescription you can either contact the surgery as normal by phone after 10am each day or email your prescription request to Reception.Z00166@gp.hscni.net stating the medications you require and nominate a local pharmacy for these to be forwarded to OR WHY NOT REGISTER FOR ONLINE SERVICES.  Please only order medications which are due.  

  

Repeat Prescriptionsred_pills_bottle

Repeat prescriptions can be ordered in the following ways:

By telephone -  Requests for repeat prescriptions can be made by telephone after 10am each morning.

By email -  Reception.Z00166@gp.hscni.net stating which chemist you would like your prescription forwarded to and leaving a contact telephone number in case the doctor or pharmacist would like to speak to you.

Please only order prescriptions that are due and that you normally receive.  

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT PHONE OR EMAIL SCRIPTS TO PHARMACY FOR COLLECTION - THEY CAN BE COLLECTED IN PERSON AT THE SURGERY OR BY THE PHARMACY YOU HAVE NOMINATED.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification may appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

You may receive a text message from the surgery asking you to make an appointment for medication review.  

Please allow 48 hours for prescriptions to be processed.
